You have been wandering the parched desert for what seems like an eternity. The hot sun beats down on you like the tongues of a hellish fire, and you are desperate for water. Suddenly, up ahead, you spot the water holes. However, they are guarded by vicious snakes and a killer buzzard. All you have are knives, and the creatures are getting closer... what will you do to survive?
RUNNING MUNCHIES- a game of action and adventure in the wild desert.
LOADING INSTRUCTIONS
Turn computer off then on. Press SHIFT and RUNSTOP keys. Release RUNSTOP key, then release SHIFT key. Press PLAY on recorder.
PLAYING THE GAME
Drink up all the water holes by guiding your man to them. You have one minute to drink up all the water on the screen. Avoid the snakes and the buzzard. Score points for snakes and buzzards killed as well as water holes drunk. You begin the game with 3 men and you receive a bonus man at 2000 points. To throw knives, face the direction desired and press the JOYSTICK button. NOTE: The snakes and the buzzard need not be directly adjacent to your man in order to kill him, so try to keep your distance from them.
