Description from the packaging.
The missiles fly overhead, screaming like banshees in the night. Their explosions reverberating amidst the cries of the wounded. The dusty smell of gun-fire is in the air, and smoke fills the skies, obliterating the war planes diving down to strafe the infantry. Communications have been severed, and chaos takes its toll in destruction. You must deliver strategic plans from one command post to another, dodging snipers and machine gunners. Use all of your battle savvy in this game of skill and speed.
LOADING THE GAME
1) Turn VIC off.
2) Unplug any memory expansion.
3) Turn VIC on.
4) Press SHIFT and RUNSTOP keys.
5) Release RUNSTOP key, then release SHIFT key.
6) Press PLAY on recorder.
PLAYING THE GAME
You have volunteered to deliver messages of extreme command importance from various points of the forest battlefield to the main base located at the top of the screen. You must collect all the messages on the screen and enter the main gate (middle) of the base to be allowed into the base. Once in the base you proceed to the next level with more messages to retrieve.
Watch out for the enemy machine gun. If there is a clean line of fire to you, you will get shot.
You have three men and you receive a bonus man at 5000 points.
As the levels increase the messages are worth more points and the machine gun moves faster. You can also score bonus points based on how quickly you collect all the messages and return to base for each level. If you go beyond three minutes on your current level there is no bonus.
