I charged through the halls of the forgotten castle, the musty grip of ancient air tight in my throat.
My goal was painfully close, but so were the claws of the monsters in pursuit. As I pushed forward I recalled that an even deadlier foe was tracing my path through time. He would surely find me if I lingered an instant longer.
Anticipating escape, I turned to see another Bandit step toward me! Leaving barely a heartbeat's time to consider, we fired our missiles. When the sparks settled, I was alone.
Stumbling on, I inserted my key into the great Lock, opening the portal home. But at the Timegates there is no rest. Great wealth and adventure are scattered through the lands for those willing to seize them! Walking quickly through the maze portals, I chose one and entered...
