PART 1

In Part 1, you are only allowed to observe and make notations for use in Part 2, which is the investigation phase. There are no time factors and no scoring, so this may be done at your leisure.

PART 2

In Part 2, you must investigate the murder of Lady Penelope Wellington, a wealthy divorcee. You can question the suspects for clues, but the amount of physical evidence, which is slight, is necessary to convict the suspect you arrest.

Frank has dabbled in programming for some time now and has created several educational programs.
