Description from the packaging.

Pictures and descriptions of historic military aircraft.
By Fred Lloyd.

Do you remember the smoke and thunder of the first generation USAF aircraft? Sentimental Wings looks at the planes which helped set the pace of the future- from the beginnings of the Cold War through the fall of the Soviet Union.

This exciting Microsoft Windows compatible disc contains a text and image viewer which brings these forgotten birds back to life. You get dramatic, full-color, 24-bit digital images, performance data, and hefty amounts of historical facts surrounding the aircrafts' initial development and production.

Nearly all the images on this disc are new, previously unreleased photos taken by long-time aviation enthusiast Fred Lloyd. These photos have not appeared on any BBS or computer network.

You'll see pictures of such classics as: P-51 Mustang, P-40 Warhawk, the F1xx series including the F-100, F-101, F-102 through the F-106, the mighty Phantom F-4's, the once secret SR-71 Blackbird, U-2 Spyplanes, B-47, B-52, and B-58 Hustler. You'll get a bunch of inside shots of the cockpit and crew areas of a Boeing B-29. A special feature is several dozens pictures of the USAF's main storage facility (commonly called the "boneyard") at Davis Monthan AFB.

You get all images in GIF, TIFF, JPEG and BMP formats for multi-system compatibility. Macintosh and DOS users also get image viewers for their machines.
