Description from the packaging.

Arcade action and antics for Atari computers by Dan and Mike Zeller.

Warning... Get ready to laugh. There are Zerks on the loose!

You are the game-happy owner of the Spare Change Arcade, and business is better than ever. You've just put in an amazing new arcade machine that's breaking all records. But zikes! The two fun-loving Zerks who are the zany main characters of the game have broken loose and are trying to save up enough tokens in their piggy bank to retire! You're desperately trying to stop them, using every trick in the book to keep them around- from playing their favorite tunes on the juke box, to popping popcorn and ringing the pay phones (Zerks are incurable gabbers). And each time you fill their game's coin slot with tokens, the rib-tickling Zerks ("Ozzie" and "Zeke") can't help returning to the screen to perform yet another of their hilarious slapstick routines. There's never been a game as full of sight gags, surprises, and humor as Spare Change. It will keep you and your Zerk-loving loved ones rolling in your own arcade aisles for hours.
