Description from the packaging.
Cog Hill Golf & Country Club is a privately owned, open to the public, golf complex located 30 miles southwest of Chicago. The facility includes four regulation 18-hole golf courses. At the championship level is Course No. 4, "Dubsdread", home of the Motorola Western Open. Since it opened in 1964, it has become one of the PGA Tour Players' favorite golf courses- and one oft he most challenging. The 7,073 yard par 72 course is ranked among the Gold Digest Magazine's Top 100 courses in the United States.
Dubsdread is known for its demanding shots and acres of natural beauty. Tight landing areas, combined with heavily bunkered large rolling greens make this course a test for the best.
The sixth hole is considered by many to be Dubdread's signature hole- a long par 3 with a two-tiered green that slopes toward the front and is surrounded by six deep sand bunkers.
The 16th hole ranks next to the sixth in beauty and difficulty, featuring a long dogleg left with trees on the right and water on the left. Everything rolls left. The fairway is built with a banked curve, like a highspeed racetrack, and places your ball above your feet on the difficult second shot.
The last hole is the most challenging with everything, including the green, sloping to the pond on the left.
Access Software is proud to recreate this world-famous course in exacting detail for play on your PC.
