Description from the packaging.
Sensational solos in seconds.
No mistakes.
Now anyone can create mistake-free music. Instant Music's artificial intelligence lets you play or compose music that's always in the right rhythm and key. Music so hot, your shoes will melt.
How it works.
It's simple. Just use your mouse to draw a line on the screen. Your computer intelligently translates the line into music in the right rhythm and key and plays it back instantly. Write music with different instruments by drawing in different colors. It's a great way to learn about music- and a powerful tool for using what you might already know.
How to get started.
It takes just seconds. Load a song. Turn on mousejam. Then grab the mouse and play. Within seconds you'll be creating original music. Rock songs. Jazz. Classical. With no mistakes. Or, if you want the freedom to experiment, turn off the artificial intelligence.
A musical sketchpad.
Instant Music is the perfect way for amateur or professional musicians to quickly! sketch musical ideas. "Paint" your music with broad strokes, then zoom in to get just the notes you want. Professional composing power that anyone can use in just seconds.
Jamming.
Mousejam lets you use the mouse to play one instrument while the computer plays the others. It's as easy as playing air guitar, and it sounds a lot better. It's like jamming with a band in your computer. You can even record a song, then jam along with yourself.
Superb sound quality.
Play up to four instruments at a time (three on the Commodore 64/128). Over a dozen instruments to choose from- human voices, guitars, drums, strings, keyboards, and more. Sounds so hot your neighbors will think it's a live band.
From Bach to Reggae.
Dozens of songs included. Change 'em. Rearrange 'em. Take out the original instruments and put in your own. You're the star. You decide what sounds good.
