Description from the packaging.
So you bought an Atari Computer with the new exciting GTIA Chip that allows your computer to display hi-resolution graphics in sixteen different colors. But the problem is that there is no way to show off your new chip. One solution is the GTIA demos that are limited in the use of your creativeness and takes mega-years to use. Now with GTIA-DRAW, you can draw hi-resolution pictures, charts, or graphs in sixteen different colors. GTIA-DRAW is an 8K ROM cartridge for a 48K Atari 400/800/1200 Computer. You will be able to emphasize sections of graphs or produce fading luminances in your pictures. GTIA-DRAW supports all three of the GTIA modes (16 luminances, 16 colors, or 9 redefinable colors), loading or saving of pictures to disk or cassette, automatic cataloging of a disk, micro-zoom, filling of the screen, line drawing, printing of characters or redefined characters to the screen, adjustable cursor speeds, merging of two screens and much, much more.
