Description from the packaging.
A Flight of Fantasy.
Welcome to the fantastic realm of Hesperia- a land as rich in its history as its beauty, where the inhabitants are the stuff of legends. From the gargantuan winged dragons of Abamon and the technological marvels of the Hammercraft, to the spectacular incantations of the Magion and the grace and speed of the giant Deborean birds, visitors will find Flying Heroes is truly a world of magic and splendor.
Amongst these many wonders is the crown jewel of Hesperia, the Global Hesperian Aerial Tournament. These ceremonial battles for airborne supremacy command the same respect and honor they forged so long ago by eliminating the need for warfare. Take your rightful, lofty place in the skies- side by side with the best of Hesperia's elite airborne warriors- in a competition where one mistake can plummet you to certain death!
- Fight as an elite warrior in gladiatorial combat high above the beautiful and fantastic world of Hesperia. Fly as a Sky Knight on giant Zephyrs or pilot the lumbering fortresses of the Hammercraft air ships, and more! Over 20 flying vehicles to choose from- all visibly upgradeable!
- Over 20 weapons to knock your opponents from the sky- from the fiery sorcery of the Magion to the Acid Shot of the Lizard Riders and more!
- Unique combination maneuvers and special powers to learn and master for maximum impact, such as the divebombing Air Raid attack from the agile Deborean birds to the chilling Iceball of the Magion.
- Single player career mode, allowing you to develop your aircraft and weapons by earning experience and money in combat.
- Multiplayer support. Up to eight players via LAN and the Internet. Multiple deathmatch and cooperative scenarios for a variety of play modes.
