Depreciation Methods.

Fixed Assets Manager automatically computes depreciation using any of three methods: straight line, sum of the years, or double declining balance. You may select different methods or number of years to use for each of the categories of equipment you establish.

Flexible Records Selection.

Prepare sublists of your property, plant and equipment inventory based on information such as depreciation method used, year of purchase, location, manufacturer, warranty expiration, or any other desired category. Use the unlimited user-defined search function to look up specific items or string together up to 6 independent search conditions to prepare discrete lists meeting multiple criteria.

Direct Data Export.

Fixed Assets Manager has been designed to quickly export data to any dBase compatible file so you can easily prepare modified reports without re-keying information.
