Package Contents

The Slash version includes an envelope containing the manual, IBM and Compatibles Data Card, Slash registration card, and four 3 1/2" 1.44MB disks. The Slash version can be distinguished from the original Strategic Simulations version by these characteristics:

  • Both versions comes in the Strategic Simulations printed setup box.
  • The Strategic Simulations version has a system requirements label on the the lower left front corner of the box wrapping to the left spine of the box. The Slash version has the image of the label printed directly on the box.
  • The quality of the contents inside the Slash package are of lower quality than the original Strategic Simulations release.
    • The disk labels on the Slash version are laser printed on white labels.
    • The Slash manual and Data Card are photocopied on plain paper.
