• A Menu-driven program that lets you store information on a wide variety of subjects- anything from general name and address lists to research data. This program also calculates and stores corresponding numerical data.
• A program which can be used by itself (stand-alone), or interfaced with Timeworks Word Writer, enabling you to maintain and print out name and address lists, create individualized form letters, and produce customized reports up to 20 columns wide.
• Full Prompting- You will be guided through this program by thoughtful and easily-understood instructions (prompts) from your computer display screen.
• Password Protection, to prevent unauthorized access to your confidential data.
• A special Backup feature, which quickly generates extra backup copies of your recorded information to guard against the loss of important data.
• A Manual written in easy-to-understand, people-friendly English, abundantly illustrated to make it even clearer and eliminate any guesswork.

Features:

A. Using this program alone:

• Quick access to important information. Items can be easily retrieved and printed by category, name, index code, date range, amount range, or any category of information stored in the system.
• Timeworks exclusive X-SEARCH feature. Allows you to easily cross-serach any of the above categories as many times as you need, to locate the specific group of items you desire.
• Timeworks exclusive X-SORT feature. An advanced indexed Sort system which allows you to arrange your stored items, in increasing or decreasing order, alphabetically, numerically, or chronologically (by date).
• Timeworks exclusive X-CHART feature. Enables you to break down statistical information by up to ten indexed categories of your choice, and graphically view your results.
• Statistical analysis of numbers. The Data Manager 2 produces the Sum, Average and Standard Deviation of statistical data entered into the system, and will also produce Frequency Charts (Bell Graphs) using that data.
• Arithmetic calculation of your stored numerical data. Allows you to perform tasks such as payroll calculations, price revisions, cost estimates, and more.
• Quick and easy deletion of obsolete information. To maximize storage efficiency.
• Audio cueing (beeping). Alerts you to all important prompts.

B. When Interfaced with Timeworks Word Writer:

This Program:

• Enables you to maintain and print out all types of name and address lists, create individualized form letters, and produce customized reports.
• Generates customized data reports, up to 20 columns wide, which can be incorporated into any written text produced by the Word Writer. You specify the titles for each column.
• Individually addresses and prints form letters automatically.
• Prints your name and address file onto standard mailing labels.
• Transfers and prints text information onto labels and tags; for example, store price labels with descriptions, inventory tags, employee name tags, file folders, and more.
• Calculates numerical data from column to column, giving this program spread-sheet capabilities.
