Combine calendars into a single master. Create separate calendars for personal and business events, or for members of your project team or department. Then select any combination of these calendars to print a comprehensive "master" calendar. Or, select network calendar files to print with those on your PC.
Schedule any activity— fast.
Enter an event once. The program takes care of the rest, including repeating events that happen every other Monday or the last Friday of each month. Vertical bars display start and end times for appointments; so you can see at a glance how busy your schedule is.
