Description from the packaging.
If you're a perfect size and easy to fit, this is not for you. But if fitting is a chore, now you can get custom fitted sewing patterns in practically no time at all!
How Dress Shop Works.
Just type in your 13 key measurements, select one of 29 garments, and print. If the printer isn't wide enough for the pattern, it will print in sections while you simply tape together. When you're done, you've got a full-size custom-fitted pattern!
The Sky's the Limit.
After you print a pattern, you can draw a new neckline on a dress or blouse, add a flattering collar, or substitute darts or pleats for a gathered waistband. If you don't want to bother with styling alterations, use the Dress Shop patterns as fitting tools for your standard-sized commercial patterns. Print the Dress Shop pattern most like the one you want to sew, lay it over the other pattern and see where to adjust to fit. With Dress Shop, the only limit is your own imagination!
For Professional Too!
Dress Shop lets you store measurements for up to 100 woman on-disk, making it ideal for dressmakers.
What They're Saying About Dress Shop
"I love the fit of the pants. I have an ample abdomen and backside and usually have trouble with fit even after altering patterns... It is nice to deal with a company that responds quickly and helpfully to customers."
Lorraine Harmon, Oregon
"I have a small waist and large hips, and this is the first time I've gotten good fit in a straight skirt."
Ruth Kaye, Maryland
"Now I can sew for my grown daughters and they don't even have to be there for fittings. It's great for my theater group, too- we've made some terrific costumes... It's the best investment I ever made!"
Pat Donovan, Massachusetts
"Amazing! My culottes fit the first time. I did not have to alter it, rip out seams, shut my eyes and leave it... oh what a relief!"
Madelyne Barnett, Washington
