Description from the packaging.
Creating the perfect society is difficult... defending it is brutal.
The barren, desolate planet was ideal to establish Utopia. Or so you thought. Construction of the colonists' power stations and living quarters is interrupted by frequent raids from any of ten neighboring alien races, determined to destroy your vision. As leader, your vital decisions to spend money building solar panels and life support structures, or a security HQ and war machines all critically affect the goal of 100% Quality of Life for your people. Ten overhead maps guide your decisions with radar, data on enemy movement, resources and weaponry. Life or death, it's all in your hands.
- Deep, icon-driven strategic sim with constant on-screen Quality of Life measurement.
- Any of ten alien races can attack at will, bent on eliminating the colonists.
- Sci-Fi, New Age and Classical music punctuate the game action for added drama.
- Sharp, 3-D isometric field provides a commanding view of Utopia.
Your leadership determines your society's Quality of Life ratings. Do you spend on arms labs, security HQ, power stations, laser turrets, or homes and hydroponics? It's all up to you.
Invaluable in guiding colonization, the map isolates fuel and ore deposits, provides radar data and movement of all enemy personnel.
Meet your Cabinet. Six alien Advisors consult on Weapons, Engineering, Research, Psychiatry, Military Issues and Colony Administration.
Mine outlying ore and fuel deposits, as you build a wasteland into Utopia.
